AI agents

Agents that handle the call — and know when to step aside

It answers at three in the morning, resolves what's in its brief, checks the CRM, opens the case and books the visit. And when the conversation gets away from it, it hands over to a person with the summary already written.

  • Voice and writing from one definition: one agent, two surfaces
  • Instructions, knowledge, procedures and permissions, written by you
  • 15+ languages, Catalan, Galician and Basque among them

What it actually does

01

One record per agent

With its tabs: Agent, Knowledge, Procedures, Tools, Guardrails and Testing. Everything that defines its behaviour, in one place.

02

Instructions in plain language

Written by you, in your own words, with a button that helps you draft them from four pieces of information.

03

Multilingual without duplicating agents

Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian and more. The same agent handles several.

04

Guardrails in three layers

Focus: it doesn't wander off its job however insistent the question. Anti-manipulation: it spots attempts to hijack its instructions. And your own rules, written in a sentence.

05

Handover as a first-class feature

Triggered by an explicit request, by detected anger, by an attempt limit, by low confidence, or because the task needs a person. It never hangs up: the call goes to the human queue with the summary already written.

06

Test before publishing

You can talk to the agent from its own record, before it ever faces a customer.

Voice only

  • Six voices chosen by how they sound, not a dropdown of thirty odd names, and two response paces
  • Inbound and outbound, with its own number, and supervisor listen, whisper and barge-in just like with a person
  • Caps per agent: concurrent calls, maximum duration, whether it records
  • Interruptible: the customer can cut in mid-sentence, as with a person
  • Placed wherever you need it: on a direct number, as a queue's first line, or as overflow only

Writing only

  • A turn limit and a confidence threshold: below it, it hands over rather than improvising
  • Assigned per channel: the AI can handle WhatsApp and not email

The three-level gate

The AI is on only if it's on for the organisation, for that channel and for that case. Each switch belongs to a different person and none overrides the others. Turning the AI off on one case doesn't turn it off for the company, and replying yourself steps it aside without switching anything off.

Why it matters

Why it matters

The AI agent sold elsewhere is a standalone product: it talks, and when its script runs out it leaves the customer going in circles. Here the agent lives inside the operation —the same inbox, the same queue, the same supervisor, the same report— and handover is a first-class feature, not a goodbye message.
